How long will it take to receive my package?

We give our orders 12 hours of processing time during which customers can attempt to make changes to their order via getting in touch with us. Once dispatched no order changes can be made and it will take 3-5 business days for USA customers to receive their products and 4-10 business days for other countries.

Is shipping free?

If you surpass the minimum order value (USD $60 / GBP £60 / AUD $90), you will receive complimentary standard shipping free of charge.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do - to almost anywhere in the world! Please note that all deliveries are tracked, insured and safe and all orders will arrive at their destination.

What is the return policy?

We will replace all defective items with a new item within 30 days of shipment arrival as per your statutory rights. Please get in touch with us to report any such issue, so we can assist you as soon as possible. For further details please also refer to the Refund Policy.
